Execution Pods (v4.18.0)

A foundational change. Orders are now routed dynamically to execution pods that own specific failure modes — not exposed to every operator. The biggest UX change since v4.0.

New

  • Execution Pods. 8 default pods (NDR, COD, VIP, Refund, Courier exception, Fraud, Warehouse, AI automation) with pod-level isolation.
  • SLA-driven routing. Exceptions are routed to the pod with capacity and the appropriate skill.
  • Per-pod productivity — operator-level SLA, throughput and revenue protected.

Breaking

  • The global “Orders” tab is replaced by pod-scoped surfaces. Legacy global view available via /orders?legacy=true for 90 days.
